The name of Sodapop's horse was Mickey Mouse. Ponyboy said that Mickey Mouse was an ornery horse that often kicked other horses and stayed in trouble. He also mentioned that when he was a little boy, he thought that Mickey Mouse and Sodapop looked alike because they had similar coloring.
