The check would arrive on which day of the week in A Raisin in the Sun?

When the play opens, it is Friday morning. The check from the insurance company is expected to arrive the next day, Saturday. We will learn that all of the members of the family have pinned their hopes for a better life on this money. Walter expects the money will help to make his dream come true to be his own boss by owning a business. Beneatha is hoping the money will pay for her to go to medical school. Mama hopes to buy a house where everyone won't be so crowded, and she can have a garden. Ruth hopes her marriage to Walter will get better.
