What is the quote on page 87, Chapter 7 in "The Bronze Bow"?

The quote on page 87 of Chapter 7 is

"...God is my strong refuge, and has made my way safe.  He made my feet like hinds' feet, and set me secure on the heights.  He trains my hands for war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze...Thou hast given me the shield of thy salvation...".

The quote is taken from the Song of David in the Book of Enoch, which is a book believed to have been written between the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.  Copies of the book have been found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, which are documents, discovered in the twentieth century, which are believed to include the only copies of some ancient biblical writings.  Although the Book of Enoch is included in some translations of the Bible, Protestants and Catholics generally do not believe that this particular material was divinely inspired and do not include it in the versions of the Bible used in their churches.

Joel, who is a scholar, reads to Daniel and Thacia from a scroll made from papyrus in the beginning of the chapter.  The words are part of an "ancient prophesy", and the implication is that the text he handles so reverently is indeed part of the Dead Sea Scrolls.  Joel is not reading on page 87 when he recites the words of the above quote; he has already carefully folded the scroll away, and has committed the words to memory (Chapter 7).
