What are some examples of chemical properties?

Chemical properties are when a new substance appears and it is not about just changing phases (e.g, H2O is not changing its formula even though it's passing through phases like solid, liquid, and gas).

So, melting/boiling points are just physical properties.

Examples of chemical properties: solubility, polarization, acidity,
degree of iionization.
